A short series to help kick off your healthy New Year! Join Heather Parsons for 4 weeks of yoga and mindfulness studies Tuesday evenings at 6pm from January 16 – February 6. Only $40 for the whole series. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat (though we will have some loner mats available in the studio).

Heather recently returned to Columbia after six years in California, where she studied yoga and wellness at the Niroga Institute. Her 500+ hours of yoga trainings were all therapeutically-based and trauma-informed. Classes are for all levels of practice and include pranayama (breath control) and mindfulness practices. Students will use gentle movements and meditation techniques to aid in emotional regulation and stress reduction- all in an inviting communal space. If you are finding yourself needing a little extra “me time” and self-care, please join Heather’s classes. All are welcome!
