Patrick Cunninham (Huntsville, TN). Patrick is returning for his 4th time to the Soda City and is bound to entertain. Come join us at Tapps Arts Center with him and Co-Headliner John Gibson.
Patrick Cunningham, a New York native and “loudest comic in Alabama,” is sometimes referred to as The Ramones of Huntsville. Patrick’s high energy sets bring a taste of his home city to the deep south. As the host and founder of Huntsville’s Clockwork Comedy, he regularly sets the stage for a unique comedy experience that brings in talent from all over the nation. He has performed at Altercation Comedy Festival, Broken Record Comedy Show, and recently headlined at Atlanta’s very own Star Bar. He has supported such touring acts as Myq Kaplan, Dave Ross, Billy Wayne Davis, Jasper Redd, and Dave Stone. He is currently touring in support of his album “Prehipstoric,” available on iTunes and Spotify.

From growing up with his crazy family and his years spent working behind a bar, to his hilarious observations about late night TV and Adventures in Drinking til all hours of the morning, John will captivate you by bringing you into his world. He has toured all over the U.S. with multiple comedians including Carlos Valencia. He was Nominated as Best Local Comedian in Columbia and recently was a part of the Broken Record Comedy Show in Nashville, TN. John has featured at the What A Joke Comedy Festival in Knoxville and is the creator of Comedy is a Drag: A Stand Up Comedy Drag Show. He recently recorded his debut album Cis White Tales, available on iTunes and Spotify. John has opened or featured for comedians such as Doug Stanhope, MYQ Kaplan, Dave Stone, Joe Zimmerman, Shane Mauss, Ben Kronberg, Jarrod Harris, and more. Always striving for more, John has the dream of one day taking over hosting duties on The Tonight Show (a desire he’s had since he was five). Check him out next time he is in a city near you.
