Masterful Body Hooping Workshop
Develop foundational core hooping, as well as learn how to hoop from ankles up to the neck and over head in this body hooping intensive workshop.
This workshop will be intense (but low impact). 2 hours of cardio body hooping. You will need to bring water and dress comfortably for working out. Loose fitting clothing is not recommended -yoga styles work well, but skin is the grippiest- so shorts and tanks are recommended. Bring a bandana too. It will have multiple applications.

Large body hoops will be available for all participants.
In this workshop you will learn or deepen your ability to do:
*Foundational waist hooping in both directions.
*Kick up from ankles to above knees
*Shimmying Hoop up from legs to waist and waist to chest
*Waist Breaks and reversing direction
*Chest and Shoulder Hooping
*Moving arms in and out of hoop
*Lift off over head and dropping back onto body
*Angled (earth/sky) Body Hooping
*Masterful Hooper skill checklist and awards!
Completion of this workshop will have you mastering some of the hardest, most challenging, and most cardiovascularly impactful and core strengthening hula hooping skills.
