Learn how to Hula hoop for fitness and fun! Join Glitterhoopz by Lori (Jacobsen) for a 6 weeks introductory series, where you’ll learn fundamental hula hoop movements:
Waist hooping -in both directions.
Hooping on other parts of the body (neck, arms, shoulders, chest and legs).
Dancing with the hoop.
Tricks and transitions: lift off, lasso, vortex, isolating, jump throughs, and breaks.
Learn to blend these tricks into your own unique hula hoop dance.
No experience required.
Hula Hoops will be provided.
